Non-Domestic Green Deal

The Green Deal is available to all businesses in the UK. It is a structure for financing particular energy saving or renewable energy projects with reduced up front costs. Tenants and landlords need to obtain each others agreement if they wish to sign up for a Green Deal initiative.

Non-Domestic Renewables Heat Incentive (RHI)

This Government scheme offers financial incentives intended to increase the uptake of renewable heat products. For the non-domestic sector it provides a subsidy, payable for 20 years, to eligible, non-domestic renewable heat generators & producers of biomethane for injection based in Great Britain.

Feed In Tariff Scheme (FITs)

FITs is a programme introduced by the government to promote the use of small-scale renewable and low-carbon electricity generation technologies. If a business has an eligible installation, FITs pays them a tariff for the electricity they generate & a tariff for the electricity they export back to the grid.
